Jeuveau is a product by Evolus. It is an injectable neurotoxin that is purified using a patented technology called Hi-Pure™. Similar to BOTOX, it uses botulinum toxin type A to halt the motions of the underlying facial muscles, which cause dynamic wrinkles. These muscles contribute to the formation of frown lines as well as other deep facial creases and folds.
Jeuveau was developed by Evolus, and BOTOX is a product of Allergan. Unlike BOTOX, Jeuveau was designed as a cosmetic and was FDA-approved strictly for aesthetic purposes.
