They adjust the Cynosure Icon handpiece according to your skin depth and quality. The providers trim your hair down to a few millimeters and apply a topical numbing cream.
The numbing cream isn’t necessary because the procedure is painless anyway, but it optimizes comfort. You’ll be asked to wear eye protection.
